Over the past nine years the following reports and plans have been presented to the Governor, the Legislature and hundreds of other groups and organization across our great state. These have been the vision, the goals, and the work, of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Technology Alliance. In order for these reports and plans to be implemented, it will require, continuous action and patience to bring
The South Carolina Technology Initiative 2000 has received high praise from a number of members of national technology organizations across our country, most recently from the Southern Technology Council, the State Science and Technology Institute and the from the State of West Virginia's, Secretary of Technology.
The SBA selected the South Carolina Technology Alliance as their "Visions 2000" honoree for the work that we are doing across the state in all areas of technology development and our work in the knowledge based next ecnomy.
Over the last seven years the South Carolina Technology Alliance has provided the leadership to create a cyber friendly South Carolina.
A number of reports, surveys, plans and innovation strategies have been presented to the Governor, the Legislature and hundreds of other interested groups and organizations across our state. The technology revolution and our move toward the next economy have been well documented.
